It allows you to add a bit of prompt text in the plugin options, which is useful. The output is quite heavily based on the key words you enter for the job, which means that for bulk jobs the texts are all a little samey, so it pays to generate texts in smaller image batches, one set per page or topic. It would be interesting to get this reading the content of the page on which the image appears and using that to add better context and relevance to each desciption, though I assume that would increase the complexity and probably cost of the job. Overall, a simple and useful plugin that potentially saves you a lot of time.
